During my career, I have experienced CRM systems in different roles, including customer service user, sales user and administrator. Currently, I am a CRM consultant specialized in Salesforce & Pega technologies. In the Salesforce ecosystem, my strongest expertise is in Sales Cloud and Pardot – while in Pega, I master the Business Architect skillset.
In CRM implementations, I usually take the Business Analyst role, but I also like to utilize the advanced configuration abilities of Salesforce & Pega and build amazing CRM apps myself.
