Digitalization, consolidation, industrialization are the big issues that will shape public administration in the coming years. These changes have a massive impact on how we work and communicate in the future. Organizational, structural and cultural changes are necessary both as a prerequisite for change and as a consequence of change.
As an account manager for the federal and state financial administration, it is my responsibility to work with my colleagues to find and implement the best solutions for our customers. For me, it’s more than a job. It is also our personal responsibility and obligation as citizens to shape the digital framework of our society. And I’m really looking forward to that.
