I dedicate myself to helping our clients establish clear and consistent levels of service. As the Leader of the State and Local Public Sector, I focus on providing state governments both services and transformative solutions which aim to improve business processes and modernize application infrastructure through better security and analytics.
Governments use these digital solutions to provide customized benefits to citizens in need. I am an expert at leading programs that rebuild enterprise information technology infrastructures and protect against cybersecurity risks. Recently I worked to:
- Transform a professional services firm by restructuring it and outsourcing its essential functions
- Establish a new service-center transition program which sent 700 roles to new locations globally
- Develop service-delivery centers that repositioned IT operations across public and commercial sectors
- Generate more than $500 million in operating income for new service-offering investments
Before joining Capgemini, I was a senior executive at a large IT services company and a Chief Administrative Officer of a large organization. I served on the firm’s International Information Technology Strategy Committee and was an executive sponsor of its Diverse Abilities Resource Group.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three sons. I serve as a youth football coach and volunteer at a center that provides care for men facing homelessness. As one of its Board of Directors, I work to ease loneliness and promote healing among individuals who have suffered the loss of a spouse.
