Luc Baardman

Expert in digital innovations, Smart Cities, Transformation

I help the uptake of technology cross-industry, both public and private sector, with a human touch through change management in ecosystems. An open-minded and can-do mentality allows me to help solve your challenges with much passion and energy, in synergy with your partners.

I’ve developed my passion for innovation and technology in a continent where you wouldn’t expect to find technology in such great significance: Africa. Spending time in multiple sectors and countries, amongst which almost a year in Kenya’s Agtech sector, helped me finding my ardor for consultancy. Nowadays I help big organizations to turn the wheel, adopting new innovations to help adjust to an ever digitizing society.

I get inspired by urban life, embrace sustainability and will always look for the optimal value-for-PPP (that is people, planet and profit) to create durable solutions. Combining the above resulted in an eagerness into Smart City movements.
