After I graduated from my bachelor’s in medicine, I decided I was more interested in healthcare as the complex system it is and should be better organized than in being a doctor. Hence, I switched to health sciences as a master’s and started at Capgemini Invent as a consultant with a quantitative focus on numbers combined with sector expertise in public sector and healthcare.
I developed myself as a value management expert with more than 5 years of experience in the public sector and healthcare sector. My current focus can be summarized as advising clients how to identify and monitor value for their organization. Organizations are constantly searching for ways to deliver their services more effective and efficient. I like to help them on that journey by identifying what they should focus on.
I personally value being enthusiastic, open, honest and motivational. I like to be in close contact with colleagues and clients. My favourite part of every project or program is stakeholder management and how to approach the challenge of bringing different stakeholders together and aligned.
My career at Capgemini is built through projects in the field of project and program management, stakeholder management, the creation of business cases and providing training of the methodology, the set-up and monitoring of KPI’s, cost price calculations, the future of contract lifecycle management, the procurement of care and policy advisory in general. During my next projects, I want to advice clients how to manage their project portfolio.
