Before joining Capgemini in July 2017, I provided care to patients as a psychiatric nurse, that had severe mental illness symptoms, at a psychiatric hospital. Due to their vulnerability, I was determined to provide the best fitted care and decided that with my operational experience I could achieve this on several levels within an organization, by becoming a healthcare consultant. Hence, I decided to acquire a master’s degree in healthcare management and after that I started at Capgemini Invent as a consultant with a healthcare expertise and a focus on the public sector.
During my time at Capgemini, I developed myself as a healthcare expert by working on several exciting healthcare projects in which clients face the current challenges of the digital transformation that is needed to provide proper healthcare to patients. The challenges are faced on cultural, technological and organizational aspects. Due to my experience and expertise, I like to provide insights and help healthcare organizations to identify their digital vision and strategy and determine which aspect of the transformation should be implemented first.
I find an in depth understanding of the client very important, by asking the hard questions but in a sincere and committed way. I like to set up a close collaboration with the stakeholders by being enthusiastic, motivational and compassionate. I believe as an agile and change expert, that a successful implementation is based on effective collaboration within all levels of the organization, that opens the doors of trust and constructive dialogue.
