As senior business analyst and information architect, Amir focuses on projects that involve semantic modeling and/or Linked Data, either within walls of one organization or across multiple government bodies.
Since his first assignment in which Linked Data was used in the Dutch public domain, he strongly advocates the use of RDF (Resource Description Framework) and other solutions within a graph paradigm.
Amir engages with both executives and subject matter experts to produce models that add value to the client and the chain they are in.
Recent work include:
- contributing to semantic models for multiple clients, establishing an holistic view over several domains/topics
- delivering a proof-of-concept application, model and architecture that showed and resulted in a significant improved time-to-market for the client
Prior to joining Capgemini in June 2018, Amir performed several analyst roles at Sdu in his journey to become an IT professional, having started as a tax lawyer at PwC and coming from a linguistic background before that.
Amir is fluent in Dutch and English. In his spare time, he applies his analytic disposition to playing multiple instruments and composing music.
