Alison has 6 years of experience in Consulting. After starting on Bank Consulting topics in risk advisory bank, she decided to join Capgemini Invent in 2016, and more specifically the “Process Optimization / Lean” division in France in order to develop her Operational Excellence expertise. In her experiences, she was able to understand a wide range of sectors (banking, energy, industry) before specializing in public service. Today, Alison manages transformation projects and addresses issues such as optimization, simplification, and dematerialization of processes. In a new approach, Alison develops innovative and creative methodologies to give a new dimension to the solutions to develop, while accompanying its customers to change. Her main areas of expertise are: performance improvement, increased profitability, process optimization, change management, coaching, and managerial posture, deployment of digital levers (robotization, digital visual management), deployment of new methods (design thinking, new ways of efficiency, serious game) and lean training.
