She directly intersects with all strategic functions of the business, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Delivery and directly influences and nurtures company culture, building community between business units and geographies that include multiple countries and shores.

She designs and implements business strategies to maximize organizational collaboration and effectiveness, with comprehensive goals for business performance and growth. She establishes policies that promote company culture and vision and lead employees to maximum performance, dedication, and engagement.
