I’ve designed, implemented and run successful employee/customer experience and retention programs featuring hallmark employee networks that decreased voluntary turnover by 50%; launched enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, worked in agile project environments.

Enabled successful mergers, acquisitions and divestitures involving tens of thousands; innovated award-winning learning programs engaging up to 95,000 people; architected and managed content of complex multi-modal communications including websites that achieved up to 3 million hits per year; and executed a $4B USD initial public offering of stock (IPO).
