I believe that “the one who owns data, owns the world.” Too often, firms are reluctant to drive differentiation through data, but those that embrace it quickly become leaders in their respective markets.
What motivates me is the opportunity to support and lead clients through data transformations. The opportunity to develop trusted adviser partnerships is the most rewarding part of these relationships.
As a leader within Capgemini’s Insights & Data Practice, I am responsible for creating and industrializing growth initiatives that can not only strengthen existing client relationships, but also establish new ones.
Some recent successes:
- Working with new customers to create relationships and growth opportunities in both data and analytics
- Creating trusted adviser initiatives with Capgemini clients to establish lasting partnerships
- The design and development of Renewable Insights as a new go-to-market initiative within our global SAP Insights & Data Practice
- Strengthening and growing Capgemini’s global relationship with partners such as SAP
Before Capgemini, I was the Director of Business Information and Innovation for a Fortune 500 wholesale distributor. My teams were responsible for delivering applications and insights for more than 8,000 employees across the US. My experience led to opportunities to provide thought leadership via speaking engagements and panel participation at the industry level with organizations such as Gartner, as well as universities including Washington University and Texas A&M.
I have also spent over 20 years in sales and consulting with companies such as SAP, Workday, and Hortonworks.
