Amal is a Service Integration and Management (SIAM), ServiceNow and DevOps Adoption Leader with a wealth of experience across industries including Investment and Retail Banking, Oil and Gas, Telecommunications and Airports/Aviation.
In his current role he provides pre-sales consultancy to those looking to adopt and adapt SIAM principles for their organisations, along with how they can benefit from the ServiceNow Platform and its various capabilities. This, in addition to providing guidance on those driving toward a multi-speed operating model to accommodate for the mix of cloud services and hosted infrastructure and apps.
His approach to the work he does is centred around ensuring all that we do is aligned with the business drivers and objectives of the clients and prospects we work with. This in addition to promoting Capgemini as leaders in the arenas he operates in. Amal’s career spans over 2 decades and has predominantly been in SIAM and Enterprise Service Management.
During his 2 stints at Capgemini, he has led a large SIAM Consulting Team, designed and implemented up-skilling academies and led the Graduate Programme in the UK for Cloud Infrastructure Services. This in addition to designing modular offers that have been adopted globally – offers to help the transition to SIAM, along with optimising operational Service Management environments.
