With over 25 years of global experience in Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing industry in various areas including Digital Transformation, Innovations, Mergers & Acquisition, Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, Account Management, Sales, Alliance, Ecosystem and General Management across sectors including Financial Services (Banking, Capital Markets & Insurance), Retail & Distribution, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Energy & Utility and Public.
In collaboration with clients and partners, Manoj has led multiple initiatives to assist Capgemini’s clients embrace ‘change’ i.e. agile and new ways of working, act as the catalyst of ‘innovation’ and be ready for the ‘disruption’ in this fast changing digital-first world of SMACT – Social, Mobile, Analytics/ Big Data, Cloud and (Internet of) Things.
Manoj is Fellow member at AIM (Australian Institute of Management) and has volunteer association with Big Brother Big Sister (BBBS) and Life Project For Youth (LP4Y).
