I am a Capgemini Invent subject matter expert in banking and capital markets. I have been an investment banker in equity and equity derivatives for 17 years, having worked for various financial services companies, after which I switched to consulting. Working as a consultant with Capgemini I also developed an expertise in all aspects of data governance and data management.
Working with Capgemini Invent for me means working at the forefront of what’s next for financial institutions. It’s a privilege of being able to help our clients to develop and improve their businesses into the digital age. Together with my colleagues we work alongside our clients to help them make the transition. It’s a very nice challenge to work out together what new developments are going to work in the market and which ones might not. My past experience as an equity investment banker really helps me placing myself in our customers shoes. But also makes me understand regulatory changes and consequences very well.
Sports watch almost overheats on a daily basis, Independent thinker, beaten paths are not for me, exception confirms the rule, and big data is just confirming we still have lies, damn lies and statistics.
