I manage & deliver Design Engagements with Expertise in User Experience Strategy, User Research, Contextual Inquiry, Conceptualization, Persona Building, Story-boarding, Customer Journey, Information Architecture and Rapid Interactive Prototyping through Capgemini’s Design Methodlogy – Rapid Design & Visualization (RDV).
I have worked at various customer locations in North America, United Kingdom & APAC and helped banking & insurance customer to enhance their customer experience such as Customer On-boarding, Seamless Net Banking Solutions, Wealth Management Portal, Mobile Banking App, Lead Tracking System, Insurance Portal, Digital FNOL, Underwriting Application, Insurance Partners & Agents Portal, Travel Insurance Apps, and many more digital solutions for financial services.
I have done my masters in Computer Management and I am a HFI-Certified Usability Analyst™
Before joining Capgemini, I had led the Experience Design Team in my previous Information Technology & Services companies. I was also a part of Capgemini RDV Team from 2008 to 2013 as Usability Architect and re-joined Capgemini in 2018.
Beyond his client work, he has been part of many Design Conferences and has closely worked with Design Partners to create awareness about Usability & Design in multiple platforms.
He loves to interact with people and contribute to social activities in his spare time along with playing cricket, listening music and spending time with his family.
