I value my client relationships and believe client optimization to be the most rewarding aspect of my role.

As the Head of Core Banking for North America, I focus on the crucial issues facing American and Canadian banking clients. I work with many of the largest banks, plus digital startups and disruptors.

I apply my experience in banking technology and operations to drive core banking transformation initiatives. I advise clients on developing their strategic plans, roadmaps for transformation, project and operating budgets, and due diligence in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Some of my recent work includes:

  • Leading due diligence for the acquisition of a credit-card portfolio consisting of around three million cards
  • Leading a diverse team that conducted a market readiness assessment on behalf of a top US firm before the launch of new products and services
  • Providing strategic advisory for the launch of a new product suite by a top US financial institution.

Prior to joining Capgemini, I was an Executive for numerous financial institutions in the southeastern United States for 15 years. My roles included Chief Data Officer, Chief Digital Officer, and multiple stints as Chief Information Officer. My consulting experience ranges from running a boutique financial services firm to global engagements for a multinational company.

I spend my spare time with my family and on my many interests, including real estate, technology, and writing and reporting in the sports and sports-gaming industries. I also support several prominent charitable organizations, such as the American Cancer Society.
