As the Head of Sales for Banking in Germany I am responsible for the business development & account management with respective P&L responsibility. My client base consists of Public and State Banks, Private and Cooperative banks. I am supporting our customers in their IT Transformation journey by engaging in IT efficiency and cost optimization programs, helping them to cut through complexity and by promoting Capgeminis Rightshore approach to ensure the right talent availability. I love large and complex IT programs!
Recent work includes:
- Running and transforming a large Murex application services engagement and infusing a multi-shore delivery into the program
- Running a large Mainframe modernization engagement with a State Bank reaching higher optimization
- Setting up and running a Windows10 migration program for a large State Bank in Germany
- Setting up and running the Risk Management IT for an Asset management firm in Germany
Before joining Capgemini, I have worked for a large Indian IT Service provider and set-up multiple global delivery centers for Financial Services Institutions in Continental Europe.
Beyond my client work, I am actively promoting woman in the workspace and have been selected as one of the Top 100 Women in Fintech two years in a row! I am fluent in German, English, Turkish and French. In my spare time I love to spend time with family and friends, try out new recipes and ride my Peloton!
