With over 20 years of industry experience, I passionately drove consult-to-operate design projects, executed CX functional and thematic transformation programs through lean proto-typing across value chains, incubated new ‘BPaaS’ solutions and was personally responsible for extending the delivery footprint for our global shared services in the APAC, LATAM and Nordics geographies.
I was previously member of Global Sales and led the U-GTM Strategy, Pre-Sales management and Solutioning Hub for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Digital Customer Experience (DCX) businesses across main market domains, augmented by Front-end channels, AI, Data and Open-X Platforms.
