I am responsible for Operations Transformation in our region. For me, there are three important aspects for tomorrow’s consulting business: 1. a clear focus on content and orientation, 2. a global presence with consistent service delivery, 3. the digital transformation of companies and the public sector is only just beginning. I joined Ernst & Young Consulting in 1988 as a consultant, where he became a partner in 1998. When Capgemini acquired the consulting division of Ernst & Young in 2001, he assumed responsibility for the Finance & Employee Transformation service line. Since 2009, as Head of Operations, he has also been responsible for the Service Line Supply Chain Management. Reinhold Pfeiffer studied Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Nürtingen.
