As Managing Partner at Fahrenheit 212, Pete is responsible for driving growth of the firm through strategic planning, establishing client relationships, cultivating business development and forging strategic partnerships. With 20+ years working with F500 companies and PE firms on a wide range of growth projects, Pete knows what it takes to create real innovation for companies and drive change in the marketplace.
In 2005, Pete helped launch Fahrenheit 212, the first privately-held innovation consultancy built on a performance-based compensation model. Since then, he’s helped the firm execute more than 200 projects spanning industry sectors and develop a host of innovations that are in various stages of commercialization.
He’s held several key roles as part of the senior management team. Prior to serving as Managing Partner, Pete was the Chief Strategy Officer leading the development of all innovation strategies and managing the firm’s implementation efforts.
Pete is committed to driving innovation across the corporate landscape and is a well-respected thought leader. He’s a frequent keynote speaker on innovation, recently speaking at conferences including the Chief Innovation Officer’s Summit, AmEx Luxury Conference, and Ivy League MBA Innovation Summit.
