Dr. Leonardo Weiss has been working in the field of Internet of Things as well as Digital services and business models for more than 15 years. He started off in research and development at SAP AG and since 2012 he has been a part of the Brand & Experience team at Capgemini Invent. As an expert of Digital Service Innovation for manufacturing companies a central question of his work is how companies can use the Internet of things to offer new Digital services. His consulting focus ranges from strategy to implementation, including methods for rapid validation of new service concepts with prototypes and minimum viable products (MVP).
