Capgemini NA Pega Practice Head and CX CoE Sales and Service Offer Lead
With a focus on manufacturing, auto, and retail, I work on defining and executing go-to-market strategies across different market units. My role as the Pega Practice Lead is to define business growth plans and carry them through in the North American sector.
My work bridges the offerings from the Capgemini Group, Invent, and DCX teams, while ensuring they are relevant go-to-market products for North America. I work closely with the Group Offer Lead and Group CX Lead to develop new offers in sales and services that leverage our technologies, like Pega and Odigo.
I provide thought leadership in bringing our group capabilities together to build a unique set of offerings our clients can leverage. I am closely engaged with our vendors to form and propose the best partnership models to further develop our relationships and ensure the high standard of service expected by our clients.
Previously, I was based in Capgemini Brazil, where I was an Executive Director and Pega Practice Lead for the LATAM region. I managed a pre-sales and delivery team of 30 people, and also 75 people at a nearshore delivery center in Salvador. In this role, I was responsible for a €10-million sales pipeline, and the growth and expansion of the Pega practice in the region.
I am active in my pursuit of knowledge of business and technology. Whenever I have the opportunity, I take courses to expand my expertise. This enables me to contribute greater value and insight in my projects.
