It is my mission to create innovative solutions to deliver the engaging customer experiences demanded by today’s consumer.
I am the head of Capgemini’s digital customer experience (DCX) practice in North America. I help our clients craft successful digital customer experience strategies, put them into practice, and continually optimize them for long-term success.
- Helping businesses develop and deploy a global digital footprint across multiple sites, channels, languages, currencies, and countries
- Developing end-to-end customer journeys that lead to an increase in customer loyalty and brand advocacy
- Working with brands to create a single view of the customer and enhance the overall end-to-end customer experience.
I was the CEO and Co-founder of LiquidHub, a customer engagement and transformation company acquired by Capgemini in 2018. I worked at LiquidHub for 17 years, building proficient teams and establishing a position as one of the fastest-growing and profitable technology companies.

I am committed to providing leadership and sharing my knowledge with my peers. I am a Wharton Fellow, and a member of the Board of Overseers at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Science. I serve on the board and executive committee of the Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technology, and the Board of Trustees at Misericordia University.
I have a master’s degree in telecommunications from the University of Pennsylvania.
