I am a Principal at Capgemini Invent and dedicated to the life-sciences sector in North America. In this role, I apply my 20 years of industry and consulting experience to build high-performing and diverse teams to support growth and change initiatives for our clients. I am responsible for leading Capgemini’s patient-service offerings for life sciences. This includes helping pharma and biopharma CxOs design holistic patient programs, create efficient and compliant operating models, uncover insights through data, and infuse those insights into solutions to improve the patient and caregiver experience.
Some of my recent work includes:
• Leading support programs for financial and patient assistance, insurance coverage, and hub designs to support patients, prescribers, providers, and specialty pharmacies
• Designing an operating model and center of excellence for patient services, featuring insource and outsource strategies
• End-to-end patient services advisory through performance management, including metrics and KPI definition and scorecard design
• Supporting field and marketing operations through sampling, incentive compensation, aggregate spend, and data management and analytics.
Before joining Capgemini, Jean ran pharmacy distribution operations for the largest managed care organization in the United States, including inbound & outbound operations, inventory management & optimization, audit management. Previously, I was a software engineer, focused on developing leading demand forecasting, replenishment, and purchasing solutions.
And Another thing…
I was born in Taiwan and grew up in Africa, where I spent my early years in Cameroon and the Ivory Coast. I moved to the Bay Area in San Francisco in 1989. I have some proficiency in foreign languages and can order a meal in both Mandarin Chinese and French.
