I am a Senior Leader within Capgemini’s SAP practice, responsible for over 3,000 consultants and over 100 of our global clients. I am focused on delivering digital-transformation programs through our data platforms, customer-experience strategy, and enterprise-innovation technologies.
Within our global SAP team, I lead our sales and marketing operations to secure large deals for Capgemini with the promise of a mutually fruitful partnership. I have expertise in a range of sectors, including automotive, energy, consumer-packaged goods, high tech, life sciences, manufacturing, and utilities. I support multiple clients across these industries with their business-transformation strategies.
Some of my recent work includes:
• Leading a large-scale SAP S/4HANA global financial consolidation, resulting in potential revenue of €45 million with an ROI of 50% within 36 months
• Delivering a global SAP S/4HANA transformation for potential revenue of $100 million on a $20 million investment – an ROI of 400% within 30 months
• Delivering a new platform for a large chemical product company for a better operational fit. Prior to joining Capgemini, I held various leadership positions where I managed large SAP projects.
I was also a founding partner at a consulting firm, helping lead the company to an eight-digit revenue status. I believe that, in delivering a sales experience, it is crucial to go beyond and focus on interactions that impart insight and new approaches for solving problems and reveal how to capitalize on innovative opportunities.
