My value comes from how I design collaboration processes to facilitate groups through various points within the transformation life-cycle. Competencies to do this work come from my interest in emerging ways for co-evolving human computer systems to generate our aspirational future. A key focus is what I term memecesis /mem I: ci: sis/, how established groups (organizations, businesses, communities) impact whether new ideas flourish or wither, and what drives these different outcomes.
