I am a part of the Digital Customer Experience department in the Netherlands as a vendor and stack agnostic architect. Also acting as Subject Matter Expert within the Digital Center of Excellence.

I deliver business value through pragmatic agnostic architecture across the digital domain by providing clearly phased road maps based on technology initiatives derived from the digital business strategy.

Recent work includes:

  • Several proposals for public and private sector clients on full end-to-end digital transformations
  • Helping a B2B client with their transition to a new CRM system
  • Setup IT strategy foundation for a retailer

Besides his regular job, Robin is active in the YoungCapgemini board and was President at the Intercompany Association (ICA) for almost two years.
