With more than 20 years of experience in feasibility, conception, implementation and campaign design for multipartners and single branded loyalty programs, I bring my strong analytical background in KPI design, insights and customer segmentation to the automation of lead management, customer journey and whole CRM programs, concept to implementation including requirements management and analytics. For the largest multipartner programs I was as successful as for single branded CRM measures in industries like retail (LEH, beauty, electronics retailers), FMCG, financial services / insurance, automotive, semiconductor industry and media – the most important thing for me is the customer in the sense of optimal customer centricity.
