As one of the leaders within Capgemini’s Digital Customer Experience, I am responsible for the delivery of our SAP Customer Experience solutions in North America. I also own operational responsibility for our SAP Customer Experience portfolio. I have worked with a variety of retailers, manufacturers, and distributors on digital strategy, omnichannel strategy, and e-commerce implementations initiatives. My key responsibilities include team, engagement, and delivery leadership, along with practice and business development.

I began my career as a software developer before becoming a business analyst and team lead. I worked with multiple retailers across the globe on key business and IT transformation initiatives. My expertise includes replenishment, forecasting, flexible fulfilment, order management, and store operations. In addition to my delivery responsibilities, I frequently contribute to internal solution offerings.
