As an autonomous woman, a concerned mother of two sons and a passionate senior professional, my core drive is to develop continuously. Creating sustainable change through innovation and development of people is my daily ambition. After 13 years of project management in consumer products, retail and distribution sector and 5 years of HR management, I have spent the last 15 years as Health & Vitality manager as well as CR & Sustainability lead for Capgemini Nederland. Since 2015, I combine these roles with being the Capgemini Group Environment Lead for our internal program. My focus in these roles is to get and keep organizational strategic issues on the leadership agenda and translate complex topics into concrete projects and efficient processes to drive results. My expertise covers topics like program management, change management, compliance and performance management, health and vitality, digital inclusion, social return, sustainability in general and sustainable mobility and energy management specific. People describe me as result-oriented, driven, inquisitive, tenacious, relationship-oriented and appreciative of fun at work.
