As a Capgemini VP in the consumer products, retail, and distribution sectors, I am responsible for client-engagement services, strategy development, and industry-specific solutions for some of the world’s leading retailers and brands. My team builds global technology-enabled solutions that deliver growth and drive business value for our retail, grocery, restaurant, and convenience-store clients. These include Agile Store solutions, store management and operations, product management, retail analytics, digital technologies, and cloud solutions.
A major global quick-serve restaurant chain recently turned to Capgemini to help completely reimagine and transform its guest experience and restaurant operations in its 40,000-plus locations. This scope included digital services, restaurant technology support, testing, service desk, menu management, and guest care. In its pursuit to create the restaurant experience of the future, a major North American quick-serve restaurant chain approached us to help build a sustainable e-commerce platform for over 7,500 of its outlets. We built and deployed an experience of the future for its guests. After replacing the incumbent provider, we revamped the existing e-commerce solution to build a sustainable platform to serve its two billion customers through our Agile Store solution, resulting in an improved guest experience and increased engagement and loyalty.
Before joining Capgemini, I spent 13 years designing and delivering technology solutions and services for global engagements spanning the US, Europe, Asia, Australia, LATAM, and the Middle East.
