As a sales leader within the North America Consumer Products, Retail and Distribution market unit of Capgemini, Venky is responsible for new business strategy and portfolio growth through a mix of new logos and existing client relationships. His experience spans across a breadth of consumer goods and retail companies in the food and beverage, home and personal care, health and beauty and toys segments where he has gained exposure to their unique businesses and built people network.
Over his career, he has helped his clients, who are mainly senior executives in CPG and retail companies, differentiate their companies in the marketplace through meaningful adoption of digital mindset enabled by technology.
Prior to joining Capgemini, Venky has led large portfolio of accounts at a Consulting and IT services firm. Before getting into sales, he has helped several CPG & retail companies digitize their supply chain by lending his expertise in supply chain planning and optimization.
Venky has published a number of blogs and white papers on supply chain in CPG industry.
Outside of work, Venky spends his spare time reading books, learning piano and working on home automation projects.
