I delivered a future channel distribution strategy for a luxury retailer, highlighting global growth opportunities in emerging geographies across different retail channels. I launched TU Clothing at Sainsbury’s. I was responsible for the design, build and launch of the brand and supporting operating model and operations, enabling the business to achieve it’s business case 2 years ahead of plan. I conducted an in-depth review of the global sourcing operation for a leading UK Retailer, identifying over £50m cost saving opportunities.
I designed, built and implemented a new B&M Operating Model for a luxury European Retailer, with extensive support through their biggest change in 125 years. The result was a 40% reduction in headcount costs and a significant increase in productivity. I delivered an extensive space management project for a leading Canadian Grocer, delivering productivity improvements of over 20%, supported by the implementation of a leading Category Management solution.
