As a supply chain consultant at Capgemini I am passionately contributing to elevating supply chain performance at our clients. Together with my colleagues we work alongside with our clients, helping them shape and embed supply chain improvements. By involving the client from the start, change is easier to manage and we ensure that results are sustainable. Examples of projects I have worked on are end-to-end supply chain process improvements, implementation of an e-procurement tool and increasing operational effectiveness.
My background in the Consumer Products and Retail sector provided me with a deep understanding of the business processes. Being able to relate to the needs of e.g. finance and sales teams enables me to effectively manage projects and programs while keeping key stakeholders informed and connected. My main focus is on supply and demand planning related topics such as S&OP and IBP. These processes are important instruments for a company to get a grip on their supply chain and knowing what to prepare for in the (near) future.
