From her years at Capgemini she brings deep understanding of both brick and mortar and online retail, as well as keeping a fresh outlook on how brand and retailer can engage with their consumers.
In the customer engagements, Gwen is often the lead business analyst. Bringing eCommerce domain expertise and through the areas of Customer Services and (e)Marketing, she has a strong focus on the (end) customer in the Consumer Product and Retail industry.
Her interpersonal skills enable her to facilitate workshops and to moderate discussions and dialogues with various stakeholders. This and her strong presentation skills enable her to convey her enthusiasm and take away hurdles in collaborations.
