As a Senior Digital Consultant at Capgemini’s DCX NA Practice, I have worked in digital data consulting for the past eight years. My focus has always been on data, testing, and personalization by building cross-channel strategies and managing data roadmaps.
I excel at using optimization tools to tailor the onsite experience for each user,
defining customer profiles and marketing strategies through research, building marketing plans, leading strategic efforts, and implementing and reporting on e-commerce and lead-generation strategies.
My recent work includes:
- Creating AB testing and personalization plans for international retailers and airlines, with a focus on online channels
- Working with an international airline to establish its internal personalization and optimization program
- Serving as the analytics lead for client accounts to drive analysis and analytics implementation
- Performing detailed site analysis, breaking down user flows, exposing friction points, and uncovering opportunities to improve experiences.
Before joining Capgemini, I worked as an optimization and personalization consultant. In that role I helped brands grow their optimization practices, using qualitative and quantitative data to identify potential areas of opportunity and pitfalls in the user journey.
Outside of work, I continuously strive to expand and refine my professional knowledge. I recently presented a webinar on “The Path To Individualization: Improving the ROI From Your Personalization Investment” for Retail TouchPoints.
