Managing the IT function responsible for IT strategy, Business intelligence, IT project management, IT infrastructure, IT security and Enterprise Architecture. The core IT strategy was to run an Outsourced IT Operation. Managed IT Projects as well as a Service Desk, and about 20 different IT suppliers with agreements running in cycles of 1-5 year. Reduced IT running cost per store with 3-5% every year. Driving change agenda aligning business and IT, delivering innovative solutions and lasting results. Responsible for all solutions and platforms architecture and integration point to the main ERP system.
