Before joining Capgemini in 2016, I have worked for leading German top management consultancies (including Droege & Comp.). During 13 years of consulting experience, top project initiatives in the areas of business model development, category management, pricing, e-commerce, sales & marketing operations and innovation management as well as comprehensive support of extensive business transformations have formed the focus of my expertise. The constant attention to the end-2-end perspective – from concept to implementation – and the immediate, measurable value-added for the customer are the core principles that motivate and drive me and the market unit team. The Digital Store, Seamless Customer Engagement and Demand Driven Supply-Chain are the core service offerings in which the continuously growing team of the market unit develops state-of-the-art project approaches as part of the international Capgemini network and successfully implements them together with national and international clients. I studied at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, with stays abroad in the USA, New Zealand and Argentina, and received my doctorate in the field of strategic corporate management.
