As a Principal at Capgemini America in the consumer products and retail space, I collaborate with our clients to solve challenges and achieve strategic initiatives to create business value. These initiatives include process optimization, greater consumer engagement and experience, and analysis and use of strategic business data.
My experience allows me to apply creative strategic insights for our partners to accelerate business impact performance. I connect them with our most appropriate tools and resources for the best fit for their needs. Some of my recent work includes:
- Providing strategy on automation opportunities, resulting in targeted cost savings and efficiencies
- Leading personalization efforts for a national restaurant chain
- Designing testing projects for a national consumer-products company
- Optimizing a Salesforce platform for better consumer engagement.
Prior to Capgemini, I helped develop young professionals through career guidance for business and IT roles. I also mentored and led sales teams in developing inside sales and other sales-specific skillsets. In my spare time, I have been active in promoting personal growth to middle and high-school students. I am also involved in community support initiatives, particularly food drives and assisting food banks with their distribution efforts to help those in need.
