He’s helped set up customer care centers for them across continents for delivering ‘Seamless Guest & Franchisee Experiences’ and along the way expanded the offering above & beyond L1 to L3 service Desk to New Store Openings, Deployment as a Service, Data / Menu Management and Application Development & Maintenance streams.
