Responsible for the creation and management of long-term relationships within clients, both from a Business Development and a consultancy perspective, including the realisation of client business objectives by leveraging technology, tools, and people change to effect sustainable benefit. These long-term relationships are typically measured in years, and allow full life-cycle management of the key initiatives explored.
Relationships in this role are typically at CxO and board level, and are supported through the definition of client IS/IT Strategies, creation of Enterprise Architectures, and technology transformation in line with client corporate strategy.
The role has full accountability for strategies and solutions proposed and delivered by Capgemini across both own team and entire delivery organization, acting as a “Trusted advisor” within the client base on business strategy, architecture and performance using concepts such as End-to-End Service Management and Cloud.
Additionally, I have experience managing global consulting practices where I built out a practice from a single practitioner to a practice of over twenty three people in three regions.
