I had an early start working in selling traditional outsourcing contracts (ITO, Application Management, BPO), covering all cycle areas including origination, qualification, shaping, negotiation, and closure, and have moved to working on new transformational partnerships with customers, where innovation, digital vision and questioning the as-is are the keys to being relevant. This is no longer just about doing things better, but also about doing new things faster and in different ways.
