I’ve worked in Business Transformation and Business Process Outsourcing for almost 30 years, helping organisations ranging from global fortune 500 companies through, national and regional public sector as well as small to medium enterprises better realise their potential through outsourcing or technology transformation.

I am highly experienced in identifying opportunities for innovation and business transformation, and translating those into tangible results, coupled with demonstrated experience in the implementation of business change. I am an experienced programme and project manager with the ability to interact at all levels from front line to board level, including management of third parties.

I have worked across multiple industries, including Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Retail, Professional Services, Information Technology and Public Sector developing innovative solutions to solve business problems.
