With almost two decades of outsourcing experience working as both a buyer and provider, I have a great deal of knowledge on what our clients need to succeed.

Currently, I am the Head of the North America Services Market Unit. Before this, I was the Head of Capgemini Business Services in the Americas, and also the Head of the Media & Entertainment and Utilities sectors, where I was responsible for global delivery and client relationships.

My outsourcing experience spans more than 17 years, both as a buyer of services and provider of business-process and IT-outsourcing services.

My recent work includes:

  • Integrating operating models that support global clients through Capgemini’s service-delivery centers
  • Managing finance and accounting (F&A) client relationships throughout the Americas, overseeing the delivery of our services to F&A clients in the US, Canada, and the LATAM region.

I have gained extensive experience over the last 25 years in achieving strategic business objectives by delivering IT solutions that are aligned with operational requirements.

Prior to joining Capgemini, I held senior leadership roles in IT operations and architecture planning with major companies such as TXU, AT&T, and Sprint. Within these roles I was responsible for technology architecture and strategy, IT production operations, and the development and maintenance of applications.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and enjoying my garden and greenhouse. I have a bit of a green thumb, as I find gardening both relaxing and rewarding.
