I joined Capgemini in 2016 and have more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience in strategy and organizational development and business and IT integration focusing on the automotive and the manufacturing industry.

I hold a degree in economics and politics and was awarded a PhD from University of Hamburg and University of Turin with a thesis on “Organizational Change in the Automotive Industry”.
