With years of experience in implementing new strategies, operating models and technologies, Michael has successfully delivered complex transformations. For example, at a leading manufacturing company, he has reduced global process costs in purchase-to-pay by more than 50% by establishing a new organization, standardized processes and a state-of-the-art technology set up.
Michael has managed global, cross-cultural teams in the Middle East, Europe, and the US under challenging conditions. He holds an MBA from Cornell University as well as a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Mannheim University of Applied Sciences.
