Ramesh serves as an EVP in a Corporate group responsible for Go To Market across multiple services viz., AI & Analytics, Digital Customer Experience, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Core, Digital Manufacturing and ADM. His direct unit management results include exceeding a multi-billion $ target with a win rate of ~60% in deals, and business growth of 53% CAGR over ~4 years. His unit works with clients on 60+ sector insights-rich use cases aligned to Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning & Digital Transformation. His unit has built 100s of sector insights-rich automation solutions – featured in Capgemini’s Annual Report. Ramesh represented Capgemini in its Global Analyst Day on a couple of occasions.
During his career, Ramesh has played the role of Global Big Deals team leader and contributed to winning IT Outsourcing Deals in excess of $15 Billion in Total Contract Value; built a CIO Advisory Consulting practice (and associated IP and tools) and engaged with CIOs of leading Financial Services firms on a range of IT and Business topics.
Earlier in his career, Ramesh managed large IT Services P&Ls (representing ~5% of the revenue base of his then employer) comprising of Fortune 100 client Accounts across Manufacturing & other Sectors and spanning multiple Geos – select experiences include Global roll-out of an ERP solution and roll-out of a Revenue generating e-Commerce solution.
