With the Smart Store Guide, shoppers can use their mobile phone to locate an item’s physical location, map the quickest way to reach it, and browse additional product details such as discounts and recommendations.


SAChA – The Personalized Voice Assistant
  • Answer shoppers top needs for convenience, speed and finding products in store.
  • Address retailers’ challenges with smaller store format, limited physical inventory and non-knowledgeable associates.
  • Combine natural language processing to visual display, allowing shoppers to browse the retailers’ catalogue and obtain recommendation via voice.
  • Recommendations are generated via AI that learns trends and computer vision that find similar / complementary products from an image.

Spoon Guru presented a demo of their technology which retailers can incorporate into their app to provide their customers with dietary guidance.
