Se espera que las ventas online aumenten exponencialmente en 12 a\u00f1os, teniendo en cuenta que en 2020 representan&nbsp; el 20% de todas las compras minoristas. Al mismo tiempo, este aumento en el comercio electr\u00f3nico se produjo en un momento de riesgo significativo e interrupci\u00f3n del suministro. Las tiendas de comestibles, las farmacias y otros puntos de venta se quedaron sin existencias cuando la crisis golpe\u00f3 por primera vez.
