The World Retail Banking Report 2007 features in-depth worldwide pricing trends
for the fourth consecutive year and explores how retail banks are transforming
their operating models in a constantly changing and competitive marketplace. Produced
by Capgemini, ING and the European Financial Management & Marketing Association
(EFMA), it is based on interviews from 50 retail banks worldwide and data collected
from 25 countries.
